You’ll find a thoughtful and innovative menu that has been designed with a sharp emphasis on zero-waste. Guests are invited to feast on regularly changing plates that sit alongside signature dishes like the now legendary Cheese Doughnuts and Chicken Butter. There’s also a seven-course tasting menu available, featuring more artful and balanced dishes – all created using sustainable, seasonal ingredients.
The main restaurant - has a room on the ground floor, where it's possible to accommodate up to 35 guests with available space for a drinks reception, or up to 60 guests in the whole space for a sit-down dinner.
Downstairs, the Iron Stag room, can hold up to 100 guests for a drink and canapès/bowl food reception or for a party, has a stage with microphone and sound system in-house, or can accommodate up to 45 guests for a sit-down dinner.
