Description
This seven storey building houses a TV studio, an art Gallery, restaurant and lounges, as well as a 36 seater screening room, live performance space and 15 boutique bedrooms.
The First Floor is one of our most versatile spaces. Accessed via its own staircase from the lobby and boasting its own private reception, bar and kitchen, the space is perfect for seated dinners up to 100 guests or standing receptions for up to 200. The First Floor is licensed for weddings and civil ceremonies.
Complete with its own bar, the Loft is a versatile, intimate and relaxed space perfect for team bonding, creative brainstorming, or for partying until the small hours. What better way to celebrate your birthday than with 45 of your closest friends over a cocktail or three with a dedicated bartender?
The Gallery is a unique white space which can be split into two separate areas, making it flexible enough in terms of shape and size to hold a whole range of different events. From press launches and conferences through to fashion shows and parties, the Gallery combines style and originality to create a unique experience for you and your guests.
Our Screening Room provides the highest quality of projection and sound and can be used for private screenings, press launches, and corporate presentations.
The Oak Room is our largest event space and was purpose built as a performance space, with a built in stage and sound desk. The Oak Room can cater for a plethora of events up to 125 guests. from panel discussions and product launches to team building days and parties. The Oak Room features natural daylight which can be blocked out by black-out curtains, a 6m long by 3m deep stage and industry-leading lighting design. The Oak Room has its own bar, lounge and adjoining balcony, offering flexible break-out and refreshment spaces
Our TV Studio is the ideal location for hosting music programmes, live performances, interviews, showcases, corporate communications and awards ceremonies.
Measuring an impressive 2700 sq ft/250 sq m, the Studio is situated over two floors below street level for ultimate privacy. It has a floating floor and a full lighting rig, production spaces, and green rooms. The TV Studio can accommodate up to 250 people standing or 200 seated.
